This was nice. Except for NBC force-feeding us even more business about Smash (can we at least let things HAPPEN before they’re everywhere?). And then Whitney and Are You There, Chelsea? making an uncomfortable “wait, did that show already start or is it canceled?” appearance. Other than that: aces. Particularly the first 90 seconds.

Tangent: I feel like I should be watching Parenthood.
